Back to work today after the Highland Show trip.
Normally i am on the buckrake all for the entire silage season but yesterday i was on the trailers hauling the grass from field back to farm.

Cows went out to graze grass this year on 5th May- 2 weeks later than last year. It's been a very wet sunless winter. It's great to see the sun again - Hopefully it will be a long hot dry summer.

Cow 156 also known as big fat mamma calving a Belgian Blue bull calf yesterday. She was not making any progress with calving so gave some help with the jack. Both are doing well.
