This is a Castle Films' 16mm "home movie" print of a 1949 "two-reeler" featuring Desi Arnaz {THEY spelled his last name wrong!} and his orchestra. At the time, Desi was struggling to keep his musical and acting careers going. Two years later, he and Mrs. Arnaz co-starred in a filmed situation comedy that....you've probably heard of by now.

When movie shows began to grow longer a slide saying "Please wait while operator changes reels" used to be projected on screen as there was only one movie projector and a reel only ran for ten minutes. Now it's please wait while YouTube loads part 2!
